PRE-ORDER FAQs

Below we hope to answer any questions you might have regarding the Pre-Order process.

What is a Pre-Order? This item will be released soon. Pre-ordering guarantees you’ll receive it when it becomes available. 

Pre-Order Window? Pre-orders will be available for two weeks. Once the pre-order period closes, production will begin. Orders are expected to ship within approximately two weeks after printing, with some customers receiving their items even sooner.

Shipping Timeline: An email will be sent to the customer with tracking details once the order has been shipped. Delivery times vary, and can take up to 3 to 7 business days. 

Returns:  Returns are for damaged items only. If merchandise arrives damaged, send email to pastorrochelledavis@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged item within 3 business days for item replacement or refund. We do not accept returns for wrong sizes.

Payment: All pre-orders sales are FINAL. Payment is required at checkout to secure your order.
